Plant Power Nutrition Coloring Sheet
Did you know that eating vegan food is a lot healthier than eating animals? It’s true! We can get all the nutrients that we need from animal-free foods like nuts, grains, fruits, and veggies. And the absolute best part about being vegan is that no one has to suffer for our food!
Check out our handy nutrition guide below to find out which vegan foods are loaded with important nutrients like protein and calcium. Then, follow these three easy steps for some extra fun!
1. Print out the activity sheet, grab some markers or colored pencils, and get coloring.
2. Hang your picture on the fridge for everyone to see.
3. When you’ve finished coloring your free activity sheet, ask your parents to snap a picture of it. Then ask them to send the picture,* along with your mailing address, to [email protected] so that you can get free stickers! (But remember: We can only send stickers to addresses in the U.S. and Canada.)
