What Is PETA Kids?

PETA Kids is a youth program of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). We reach kids 12 and younger (along with their grown-ups) to teach them all about animal rights, let them know what they can do to help speak up for animals, and empower them to make a difference. If you’re a kid or someone who cares for one, PETAKids.com is the place for you!

Our Mission

We believe it’s wrong to hurt animals. They aren’t test tubes, food, clothing, entertainment, or anything else for us to use—they’re individuals who feel pain and can suffer, just like us. Kids hold the power to make a huge difference for them, and we’re here to help you every step of the way. PETA Kids is against speciesism, which is the harmful idea that humans are more important than all other animal species.
